  • I feel that the 829sf unit with 2+1 room is really really small, even for a small family. Other than the master room (which is also small), the other room is so miniature that you can only fit in a bed and a small table. Putting a full sized cupboard in any of the rooms is out of question. I’d rather the house be a 2 room with a small walk in cupboard that can double up as a mini storage area. For RM680k (I just went to take a look), I might consider it in view of possible break even rental. Just an opinion.

  • I went to the project site. Its a massive 4 tower of more than 40 stories each. Looks pretty congested. With the expensive property prices, I think this would be a range most working professionals could afford in time to come. Having said that, its not a small price tag – prices averaging 650k!
