As a new and growing township, Gamuda Gardens is a very attractive location – with modern strata-titled homes intricately connected with nature, abundant of amenities (from existing neighborhoods, newly built within the township and up & coming in the vicinity). The multi-million dollar Gamuda Luge Gardens (featuring Skyline Luge and Gamuda’s own FunPark with Malaysia’s tallest Ferris Wheel standing at 50 meters called Eye of Gardens) are an icing on top of the cake – creating a place for stay, work, and leisure.

  • Townhouses: The only townhouses available within the township are in Illaria, priced starting from RM500,00. We have never covered this property as it was quickly booked as soon as it was launched. There may be a limited number of units available due to either released reservations or cancellations.   • Terrace Homes: If you have a larger budget, do consider terrace homes in Gamuda Gardens in the secondary market. Prices for terraced homes range from RM900,000 and above. If you are looking at subsale properties, strongly consider Village Homes for its vicinity to upcoming Gardens Square, walking distance to Waterfront Village (for F&B, grocery, Gardens Wellness clubhouse with swimming pool, gym, sauna, badminton courts), walking distance to Gaia Boulevard (with your regular mamak, kopitiam, clinic, pharmacy, 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart and more) and with a side door to access the 50-acre pet-friendly park (for your regular morning walks, jogs and healing moments). Nothing beats convenience when purchasing a home.

These homes are nestled within a well-planned township, complete with high-quality infrastructure and community spaces. Do note that not all are within the affordable range (as per defined above).

Affordable Housing Options at Nearby Developments of Gamuda Gardens

Gamuda Gardens sits in a competitive area, surrounded by several other notable developments. In comparison, homes in the below developments are priced in the more affordable range.

1. Scientex Kundang Jaya

  • A 208-acre development comprising of double storey and triple storey terraced homes. Currently, they are promoting Kundang Hub, 48 units of commercial titled property.
  • Prices: At launch, the 2-storey terrace houses were priced at RM350,000 and 3-storey terrace houses were RM450,000. At subsale, expect asking prices to be in an increment of RM100,000 each. The developer has limited units available – do contact them directly.

  • Note: This development offers affordable homes with a focus on practicality.

2. Myra Gardens

  • A gated and guarded community with an integrated clubhouse for residents. Developments are in phases with earlier phases being fully sold.
  • Prices: Starting at RM 500,000​ for double storey terrace houses. The earlier launches are completed and you would be able to find them in the subsale market with a small bump from the original purchase price.

  • Note: Myra Gardens emphasizes gated security and lush green spaces.

3. D’laman Kundang at Kundang Jaya

  • A joint venture between PKNS (Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor) and Tan & Tan Development, D’laman Kundang is wedged in between Gamuda Gardens and the upcoming Gardens Park. It is a 6.5 acre tract of land with 179 2-storey terraced houses with 20×70 and a build up of 1,517 sq ft. Currently completed. Tan & Tan is currently selling 38 Kundang Jaya Retail Park, with 38 units of shop offices.
  • Prices: At launch, it was priced at RM500,000 for an intermediate unit. You may be able to find units in the subsale market from RM538,000.
  • Note: Affordably priced in the range of half a million, these are freehold individual titled properties. Not a gated community.

4. Serai Residence at Bandar Baru Kundang

  • 37 units of leasehold terrace houses, nestled in the existing Bandar Baru Kundang – close to Danau Sutera apartment. It is part of a 35-acre development by SMD Group which comprises of residential homes, shop offices and the Econsave Hypermarket. They are currently promoting Serai Avenue, the commercial parcel within the area. We believe that high rise dwellings are in plan – with the names Seraiville Apartment and Serai Garden Apartment mentioned on their website (but with no specific details).
  • Prices: As per their website, prices start from RM562,650. Do visit their website for detailed information.

  • Note: Serai Residence is a guarded area with a small lake in the vicinity.
