There are choices of layouts and sizes to suit your needs. All layouts are focused on family bonding thus emphasis is placed on the living areas, dining, and kitchen compared to rooms which may seem smaller. The concept is based on the idea that rooms are solely for resting and sleeping and thus family areas are generously spaced. The condominium units come with 1 to 3 car parks depending on the sizes of the units. There are 4 types of views to choose from – views which are the pool view facing the Wisma Fiamma, Melawati view, KLCC view, and Desa Parkcity view. For pool view, the units are facing Wisma Fiamma, however since the car parks are until Level 7 and facilities floor starts at Level 8 – so only a few units would be blocked by the Wisma Fiamma building. For the Melawati view, the DUKE 2 extension highway is within meters away however the KLCC or Melawati views are nice – which is also probably the reason why the larger (and pricier) unites are facing this direction.
