Delta Virtual Showhouse

Below is the virtual showroom of Delta to give you an idea of the spaciousness of a 28 feet width Superlink Terrace house.  Inside, you’ll be able to get an idea of the spaciousness of the house.  If you love to have a home that gives you ample space to be creative, Delta is an absolute must to see!

Unique Highlights

Generously sized 28 feet width

The showroom for Delta was absolutely breathtaking. We were so taken away that we forgot to take some key photos.  Space was abundant. Due to the wide 28 feet wide car porch, 3 cars can be parked side-by-side. Additionally, there is a long driveway so if visitors come by, there is still ample space for an additional car or two or three. The width of the house also gives it an exclusive feel overall because there is space for everything – including a long 8-seat dining table (which we felt could accommodate 10 people). On entering the house, you’ll instantly notice the wide-open space and open concept of the entire layout.

Glass Doors For Kitchen

The kitchen enjoys natural sunlight, thanks to the glass sliding doors that open to a little yard. No more dark enclosed spaces for the kitchen. Flaunt it with nice kitchen cabinets and designer islands – everything a modern family needs.  On top of that, the ground floor room also has its own glass door that opens to a sizeable private garden at the back of the house.  Those with green fingers would enjoy the generous space for some gardening and maybe some edible plants as well.

Large Rooms and Family Hall

The first floor is greeted by a large longish family hall which can be converted into a library, reading corner, gym, or a TV room – possibilities are endless with a large space.  The second and third rooms are large in space with en-suite bathrooms.  The master bedroom is large and with the ID treatment that it was given, it could even fit in a walk-in closet!  The bathroom was alike a mini room on its own – big yet simple.  Keep the details to the minimum for ease of cleaning but space was an absolute plus point.

A visit to the Delta show unit is an absolute must to see for yourself how you and your family could use all this generous space for your lifestyle.  No more cramped spaces!
