Muzium Negara or The National Museum in Kuala Lumpur (KL) is located in the heart of the city and property near Muzium Negara MRT station would be ideal to live in. The Museum signify the importance of the history of Malaysia which is probably the reason for its prime location.  However not every single Malaysians have visited the Museum. In recent years the government had decided to improve the transportation in KL in which one of those is the MRT Sungai Buloh – Kajang line where there are 31 stations and the Muzium Negara MRT is one of the stations.

The new Muzium Negara MRT station is then located in front of the National Museum and more importantly it is connected to the KL Sentral station (transit station) through an underground tunnel. When there is a new station the property around it tend to attract extra attentions especially when it is in the heart of the city. The property near Muzium Negara MRT consisted mostly offices or hotels since KL Sentral is the transit point to other major lines. There are housing areas but it is further down by few kilometres in which it can be accessible by walking. However the weathers in Malaysia are either hot or rainy, thus the property near Muzium Negara MRT would be a better choice.

The demand for property near Muzium Negara MRT station is high because it is located in the heart of city where it is accessible by public transport. It then make it easier for the employees to go to work. Moreover KL is where both the locals and the tourist shops.
