TuJu Residences & Retail at Duta North

TuJu @ Duta North, the latest mixed residential development located off Jalan Kuching, is made up of two 41-storey towers comprising 932 spacious residential units and 38 retail units. It is the maiden project of Distinctive World Sdn Bhd, whose key people have over a century of solid, hands-on experience in property development. Strategically located just off Jalan Kuching, TuJu @ Duta North enjoys excellent connectivity. Future residents can use the rail network for its vicinity to MRT Jalan Ipoh, LRT Sentul Timur, KTM Segambut and KTM Sentul. The uniqueness of TuJu is in the configurable floor plans to suit different needs and lifestyles. Type E with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms has non-structural walls that enables you to reconfigure the layout to make a larger master room. Type B1 with a size of 926 sq ft with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms can also be converted to one large bedroom. TuJu features child-safety features and senior-friendly facilities to cater for all its future residents. Panic buttons are strategically placed throughout common areas and car parks for enhanced security. The facilities are on Level 6, Level 9 and Level 41 Sky Roof. Our thoughts on TuJu @ Duta North

  1. One-of-a-kind mixed development that emphasizes on residents of all ages, with children-safe and senior-friendly facilities. Future residents can enjoy the variety of over 50 facilities all within TuJu, and there is something for everyone both young & old.
  2. Spacious and configurable floor plans opens up the possibility of reconfiguring as age progresses. Needs changes as we age, and it is so important for the home to fit into the changing lifestyle. Buying a home in younger years focuses on more rooms for a possibly growing family but in 20 years time when the kids leaves the nest, it may be time to reconfigure the house for a larger master room for easier access as age progresses (wheel-chair friendlier or senior-friendly to prevent accidents). With TuJu, you can easily reconfigure the non-structural walls and redesign to fit what you need.
  3. Retail annexe for daily conveniences. Having a commercial element with TuJu gives its future residents the daily conveniences without the need to go too far.
  4. Centralised location that is easily accessible to major areas within Klang Valley. Whether you are working in KL City Centre, Mont Kiara or Petaling Jaya, TuJu is easily accessible via major highways.
  5. Variety of healthcare options in the vicinity is equally important for those with children and elderlies. There is also a proposed on-site primary healthcare if the need arises.
  6. EV-ready so future owners can apply for their own EV wall boxes (subject to approval and T&C). In view of the current trend of electric vehicles, this is a good feature as older developments will not allow individual EV wall boxes to be installed.
